“Just so you know, the gym isn’t therapy.” I know. That’s why I never called it therapy.
But for the last 26 years, it’s been one of the best tools I’ve had for managing stress, building confidence, clearing my mind and getting through life’s ups and downs.
And yes, you can lift weights and see a therapist. Bonus! Call it whatever you want, but I’m still showing up.
