What an incredible week in Irvine, California with Swimming Canada! 🇨🇦

This group of athletes showed exactly what happens when passion, dedication, and hard work come together. 13 medals is an incredible accomplishment, but watching the commitment, resilience, and determination behind those results was even more inspiring.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of this team and to have the opportunity to work alongside such an exceptional level of athletes. Being poolside and seeing the work that goes into performing at this level is something I never take for granted.

And I couldn’t be more proud of our IST team — the team behind the team — The care, expertise, and commitment!

Swimming Canada is truly exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful to be here, to contribute, and to be part of something so special. ❤️🇨🇦

PAN PAC TRIALS

What an incredible week in Montreal supporting the swimmers at Pan Pacific Trials 🇨🇦🏊‍♀️

It was an honour to be part of the team alongside the High Performance Centre Vancouver crew, supporting these incredible athletes as they chased their goals and delivered some amazing performances.

The hard work, dedication, resilience, and commitment these swimmers have shown was inspiring to witness. So proud of every athlete, every personal best, every breakthrough, and all the moments that made this week so special.

Congratulations to the entire team 👏🏼

Now the excitement builds as we look ahead to Pan Pacs in Los Angeles this August! 🇺🇸🌴 Can’t wait to be back on deck supporting this amazing group and cheering everyone on as they take on the next challenge.

~ TYR PRO SERIES, SACRAMENTO ~

Back from an incredible stretch in California with the High Performance Centre Vancouver group 🇨🇦🏊‍♂️

We kicked things off with a training camp in Chula Vista, putting in quality work and building momentum before heading to Sacramento for the TYR Pro Series. Lots of fast racing, great energy, and exciting performances from the athletes as we continue sharpening things up for Swimming Trials this July in Montreal.

I always love working with the HPC Van crew — every camp and competition pushes me to grow as a therapist and person.

Grateful for the athletes, staff, and environment that make these experiences so rewarding.

~ Billie Jean King Cup, Qualifier 2026 🇨🇦🇰🇿~

Proud moments supporting our Tennis Canada athletes at the Billie Jean King Cup Qualifier in Kazakhstan.

These athletes gave everything—heart, strength, grit, and true perseverance on court. It was an honour to be part of the team and to witness them represent Canada with such pride and determination on the international stage.

While we didn’t come home with the win, we left it all on the clay and competed with everything we had.

Congratulations to Kazakhstan on a well-earned result.

So proud to be part of this team and this journey. 🇨🇦🎾
