We’re excited to offer our Executive Functioning Group for Neurodivergent Teens at Clinique Spectrum—a supportive, engaging space where teens can learn, practice, and grow together.
💡 What we’ll focus on:
✔️ Getting started & building momentum
✔️ Staying organized and managing tasks
✔️ Adapting to change
✔️ Understanding and managing emotions
✔️ Making thoughtful, intentional choices
✔️ Strengthening memory and focus
📚 These are the skills that can make everyday school life feel more manageable—and boost confidence along the way.
🗓 When: Tuesdays, starting September 29th
⏱ Time: 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM
👥 Format: 6 sessions in a small group setting
💲 Cost: $750 (receipt for psychological services provided)
📍 Where: Clinique Spectrum
4077 Blvd Décarie, Montreal

This small-group program is designed to support real-life success by building practical, everyday skills in a supportive and encouraging space.
✨ What we’ll work on:
• Cognitive flexibility (adapting to change)
• Activation (getting started & overcoming procrastination)
• Planning & organization
• Emotional regulation
• Impulse control
• Working memory
📅 When: Every second Tuesday, starting September 29th
🕒 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
👥 Format: 6 sessions, small group
💲 Cost: $800 (receipt for psychological services provided)
📍 Location: Clinique Spectrum
