I’m a firm believer that more pain does NOT equal more gain! If your body is fighting against me I notice.

This is why communication during your session is so important. If I feel you tense up or start fidgeting I notice. I’ll check in with how you’re doing and adjust accordingly. Don’t ever feel like you have to clench your teeth or your fists because you think you’ll be better for it.

🫶🏻 Allowing your body to soften, relax and accept the work being done is where real change happens.

Hi everyone! I have changed my booking system to something that offers a lot more options for me as a therapist and will allow me to offer Memberships to you! (More details on that coming next week!) You would also be able to keep a card on file for payment if you choose, but this is totally not necessary!

If you have filled out a client form in the past everything should be moved over to the new system. If for whatever reason it didn’t work you will just be sent a new form to fill out again. I apologize for that annoyance if it happens! Please let me know if you experience any issues while booking with the new system 😊
