Howdy Y’all!

The Manitoba Stampede and Exhibition is this weekend July 17-19th! And as always it’s promising to the be a bucking good time!

However, this does put a slight hitch in everyone’s workout plans this week as parking will be limited to the street.

Please remember to be aware of the heavy duty equipment this week.

Hey Members!

Spring is upon us and hopefully summer soon, too 🌸🌻

That means lots of ways to get moving outdoors and enjoying nature! Fresh air, outdoor walks, bike rides, hikes…. And of course mud 😓

While we all appreciate nature, we would really like to keep nature off our very expensive treadmills.

Accidents do happen, so if you see you’ve accidentally made a mess, there is a broom by the cleaning cloths, or we can avoid them altogether by ensuring we bring in and use our indoor shoes.
