Hey how do you start your day?? Is it with Ease or do you hit the ground running? Wednesday I start with meditation, then at 6:25 I teach Strength & Yoga online 😊. We warm up with some yoga and then we use dumbbells, bands to strengthen our muscles. DM me class and zi will send you the link to join next Wednesday 6:15am.

Happy Feet May 25, 7- 8:30. If your feet, ankles, shins or knees are giving you grief. Join me for this 1.5 hour workshop. We will activate the muscles, gently stretch and then massage with some myofascial release. Tip when suffering from tendinitis, plantar Fasciitis apply heat for 10minutes, followed by ice for 5 minutes. Do this 3 times.

So many women I work with are dealing with:
• Foot pain first thing in the morning
• Tight calves + restricted ankles
• Loss of balance + stability

This workshop is about restoring what your feet are designed to do.
We’ll combine:
✔ Stretching
✔ Strength
✔ Myofascial release (yes… it might feel SO good)
