Happy Feel Good Friday! đŸ€

As we head into the last long weekend of summer, take a moment to leave the week behind.

Release the stress.
Release what you can’t control.
Release any energy that isn’t yours to carry.

And make a little more room for the good.

Rest. Laugh. Get outside. Spend time with people you love. Make some memories. Or give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing.

Have a safe and amazing long weekend!

What are your plans for this long weekend?🌞

Take a big deep breath. đŸ€

Relax your shoulders.
Relax your jaw
Release your thoughts.

As we head into the last long weekend of summer, maybe you don’t need to figure anything out.

Maybe you don’t need to fix anything.

Maybe you don’t need to heal, work harder or become a better version of yourself this weekend.

Maybe you just need to have some fun. ☀

Laugh a little louder.
Eat something you love.
Sit outside.
Go for a drive.
Spend time with people who fill your heart.
Put your phone down and actually be present.

And even if you don’t have plans this weekend, ask yourself:

What would fill my heart up right now?

Then give yourself permission to do a little more of that.

Healing is important. Growth is important.

But so are happiness, laughter and having absolutely nothing to do or accomplish.

You are allowed to enjoy your life.
Be proud of who you are and how far you have come. đŸ€

What would fill your heart up this weekend?

Hello September 🍂

There is something about September that always feels like a time of renewal.

Summer seems to go by so quickly, and if I’m being truthful, part of me is always a little sad to see it end. I love the long days, being outside and everything that comes with summer.

But September also brings an opportunity to settle back in, return to routines and decide what we want to create as we move into the last few months of the year.

For me, it feels less about rushing into figuring out what my new routine will look like and more about getting quiet and asking myself what I actually want more of.

So for this Reflection Tuesday, take a moment and ask yourself:

What do I want to create in September?
What is my heart calling for more of?
What am I ready to leave behind as I step into a new month?

Maybe it’s more peace. More joy. More connection. More time for yourself. Or maybe something completely new is waiting for you.

Whatever comes up, listen to it and get excited.

September is a fresh page. What do you want to write on it? 🧡

Thank you to everyone who took the time to choose a card today.

Take a moment to read the message for the card you were drawn to. Trust that there was a reason your intuition guided you there.

CARD 1 — Paul the Venetian | Gifted One

September may be asking you to stop overlooking your gifts and talents.

There may be a talent, an idea, a passion, or a part of yourself that is ready to be expressed more fully. Opportunities to shine can appear when you stop questioning whether you are ready and allow yourself to be seen.

Reflection:
What gift within me is ready to be shared more fully?

Affirmation:
I trust my gifts and allow myself to shine.

CARD 2 — Archangel Azrael | Change & Transition

Change can feel uncomfortable, even when it is leading us somewhere better.

September may bring a transition, ending or shift that asks you to release what has run its course. Archangel Azrael reminds you that you are supported as you move through change and into what comes next.

Reflection:
What am I ready to release so I can move forward?

Affirmation:
I trust the changes unfolding in my life and allow myself to move forward with peace.

CARD 3 — Gabriel | Balance

Your message for September is to come back into balance.

Pay attention to where you may be giving too much of your time, energy or attention. Balance doesn’t mean everything receives an equal amount—it means recognizing what needs more of you and what may need less.

Reflection:
Where in my life am I being called to create more balance?

Affirmation:
I honour my energy and create space for what truly matters.

Whichever card you chose, carry its message with you as you move into September.

Wishing you a September filled with new opportunities, healing, balance and growth. ✹

It is hard to believe this is the last day of August.

As we get ready to begin a brand new month, it is important to take a moment to let go of August — what didn’t work out, what felt heavy, and anything you no longer need to carry forward.

A new month brings new opportunities, new experiences, love, healing and growth.

Take a deep breath and call in your divine team.

Ask:

What do I need to know for my highest good in September?

Now focus on the three images below.

Which one are you drawn to?

Try not to overthink it. Trust your intuition and comment Card 1, 2 or 3 below.

I pulled each card from a different deck this week, so I am excited to see what messages come through. đŸ€

Cards will be revealed tonight at 7 PM.

Wishing you an amazing last day of August and a great start to September. đŸ€

Gratitude Saturday!

This week, gratitude is very easy.

Today is my daughter Kaylee’s birthday. 💕

Watching her step into her new role as a mom over the past year, while getting ready to welcome another little girl into the world, has been absolutely incredible. There really are no words to fully describe what it has been like to watch.

Kaylee, I hope you have the most amazing birthday and that this next year brings you so much love and wonderful new memories.

Thank you for giving me one of my greatest gifts — becoming a Grammy.

What are you grateful for today? 💕

Happy Friday!

Before you rush into your day, take a deep breath in and hold for four counts.

As you slowly exhale, envision any fears, blockages or unhealthy cords being cut and cleared.

Now set the intention for a weekend filled with peace, happiness and fun.

As I look back on this past week, some of my favourite moments were actually the simplest ones.

Coming so close to a blue heron and watching it fly away. Seeing Mya standing on her own and looking so proud of herself. Her little feet sticking out the sides of the stroller on our walks because she wants Grammy to tickle them. 😂 And my parents reaching their 54th wedding anniversary.

This week has brought me so many little things to be grateful for. And the more I set the intention to enjoy the present moment the more moments of gratitude I have.

That’s what Feel Good Friday is really about.

Taking a few minutes to remember what made you smile instead of focusing on what didn’t go as planned or what you wish had gone differently.

Because when you start your weekend focusing on what was good, you carry a completely different energy into it.

So start noticing the little things. It’s going to look different for everyone. Trust the little signs that show up exactly when you need them.

What made you smile this week?

Share a photo in the comments or tell me one of your favourite moments.

Wishing you a weekend filled with peace, happiness, and lots of good memories.đŸ€

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

Tonight brings a great opportunity to breathe, turn inward and release.

Full moons have a way of bringing things to the surface and helping us see what we may be ready to let go of. Eclipses can bring an added intensity, sometimes bringing emotions, patterns or situations to the surface that are ready to be acknowledged and released.

Get quiet and ask yourself

What am I ready to release?

Maybe it’s an old belief.
A fear.
A relationship or situation you’ve outgrown.
The need to control the outcome.
Or something you’ve been carrying that was never yours to carry.

Take a few deep breaths. Sit outside under the moon if you can. Journal. Meditate. Pray. Or simply allow yourself a few quiet moments to just be.

Sometimes we hold onto things long after they have served their purpose. Tonight, give yourself permission to put some of that weight down.

Release what feels heavy.
Release what no longer feels aligned.
And create space for more peace, joy and abundance to enter. đŸ’«

What are you ready to release tonight?

Sending you love and healing. 💛🌕

Reflection Thursday 💕

I have been a country music fan for as long as I can remember, and I have loved Dolly Parton since I was little.

Watching all of the amazing tributes being shared has brought back so many memories for me.

There is something really beautiful about watching so many people come together to grieve, celebrate and remember someone who inspired so many through her music and by just being who she was.

It has also reminded me how music becomes a part of our memories.

Every Christmas Day, after having Christmas lunch with my grandparents, my aunt and uncle and their family would come over. There was always music playing, lots of laughter and usually some dancing.

My aunt has since passed away, but whenever I hear Islands in the Stream, I think of her. That song was played all the time, and hearing it can instantly take me back to those Christmas Days.

Music has a way of healing our souls. đŸ€

And maybe that’s part of what a legacy really is.

It’s not only what we accomplish. It’s how we make people feel. It’s the memories we become part of. It’s the kindness we give. It’s having the courage to show up in this world as exactly who we are.

Dolly definitely did that.

She was unique. She was funny, kind, generous, talented and completely, unapologetically herself.

And that made me think about something for Reflection Thursday

Are you allowing yourself to be fully YOU?

Or are there pieces of yourself you’re still hiding because you’re worried about what someone else might think?

What would change if you stopped trying to fit in and started allowing yourself to be the most authentic, unique version of you?

As Dolly said:

“Find out who you are, and do it on purpose.”

That’s a pretty amazing way to live. đŸ©”

Thank you for the music, the memories and the reminder to always be yourself, Dolly.

I’d love to know — what’s your favourite Dolly Parton song? Share it in the comments.đŸ©·
