From Beaches to Mountains, I’ll love you every step of the way on any adventure we embark on together😘

There’s nobody I’d rather be experiencing this life with and I am so blessed to have the most compassionate, supportive and thoughtful partner as my lifetime travel companion, best friend, and lover all in one🙏🏼

Olive GB also is my own personal pocket watch to remind me to eat every 2 hours when we’re on the road so I stay 100% all the time and is also the highlighted spark of my day in every day in every new place✨

Find someone who amplifies the light in your life and do everything in your power to reciprocate that love.

We only just scratched the surface of what we still want to explore in Cali this trip, where we were busy hosting my athlete’s retreat we didn’t get to squeeze in much time outside of work, but we have already started to plan our next one trip down there for an actual vacation and I’m so pumped to get back down there already!🙌🏼

Power in the form of balance🔱

Adversity makes you stronger in ways comfort never could.

If this past week has taught me anything, it’s:

• You can offer all the good in your heart, but what someone exchanges back is on them
• Remember you can’t control all energy that enters your life
• Never let one bad wave from an individual person close off your heart to all the beautiful connections you’re yet to embrace
• Don’t forget you always have the power to release the negative, which will only allow for more space for the good genuine people.
• You can only help someone who is able to and in a position to receive the reaching hand
• You can genuinely want to fix everything for everyone, but ultimately you must recognize whats outside of scope of practice and respect those boundaries
• Protecting your own peace is just as important as taking care of everyone you cherish so much on your team🫶

Proud of the look I brought this year, but not fully satisfied yet!

I am ecstatic about 2 Gold medals, f**k yeah! But it’s truly about me vs. me up there and I know I have so much more!!
(Specifically almost 20 lbs of stage tissue till cap)😏

The real growth season is just about to start for me and I’m beyond fired up for what I have mapped out for my improvement season ahead leading into my nationals debut.

Mark my words, you’ll be floored with what I’m bringing next year🤝

Finally met long time online client Hayden 🙌🏼

It’s amazing to meet someone in person after getting to know each other so in depth through coaching, it never feels like meeting a stranger but more like a long distance best friend🫶

This was after I did a full 10 hour day at the theme park and working a 4 hour shift before the day even started but I HAD to make this happen and I’m so very thankful he made the drive to come meet the INCLUSIFIT group I was hosting🙏🏼

We fixed up some alignment for exercises, how to load the targeted muscle for optional loading, and of course we had to hit a quick flex before he had to hit the road again!

Thank you again brotha for joining and I cannot wait for us to do an intensive workout weekend 1:1 together in the future 💪🏼
