The holiday season is often filled with lights, laughter, and togetherness. But for many seniors, it can also bring feelings of loneliness.

As routines change and family schedules get busy, older adults may find themselves spending more time alone than usual. Even a short visit, a phone call, or sharing a cup of tea can make a world of difference.
