I run my fitness classes by starting with a demonstration of each exercise we'll be doing while explaining proper form/alignment and the targeted muscle(s). I choose movements that can be done with bodyweight only or you can add dumbbells (I provide a range of them from 1 pound up to 25 pounds, and some people bring their own as well). I workout with the group so you've got a visual reference while I also observe to make corrections or suggestions and offer clarity when needed.

💥 I like to keep the mood light and make it FUN!
🎶 GREAT MUSIC is a must and the playlists are always on point!

Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:45-8:30.

The 45 minutes break down to approximately:
10 minutes - warm up & demo
25-30 minutes - workout
5-10 minutes - cool down & stretch

This ancient Sanskrit symbol is a quiet reminder to do what comes naturally. It’s the first thing we do when we come into this world, and the last thing we do when we leave it.

When everything feels like too much, when your thoughts are racing and your chest feels tight, when the world starts to spin and you can’t find solid ground, come back to your breath.

You don’t need to fix anything right now. You don’t need to figure it all out or know what comes next. Just breathe. In and out. Slow and steady. One breath at a time.

Your breath has been with you from the beginning. It will be with you at the end. In between, it is your anchor. The place you return to when everything else feels uncertain.

So if today is overwhelming, if this week has been heavy, if you’re struggling to stay present, come back to something simple.

You are here. You are alive. You are still breathing. And for now, that is enough.

What early mornings have taught me: The day belongs to those who show up first. It's not about being a "morning person" it's about being a person who wins the morning.

Exercise, plant seeds, run your dog, stretch, clean your windows, water your garden... It doesn't matter. By 9am over the last week I've done those things - I've won my mornings.

Tell me: How have you won YOUR mornings? (Please share, I really want to know!)

But guess what? I like mornings better anyways! So Zen is moving back to the 9:30 time slot (on Tuesdays).

Starting next week I'll be running three fitness classes(Boot Camp) per week; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:45-8:30 am.

Mondays and Wednesdays will be full body workouts with Monday being a circuit (rotating through stations). On Fridays we focus on the lower body in a circuit style class as well.

PS. I've decided to offer an option for participating in my fitness classes that's separate from the yoga membership. Prices are for 1 month which you can start anytime:

'ONE AND DONE' - $45 - 1 class/week
'DOUBLE DOWN' - $60 - 2 classes/week
'TRIPLE THREAT' - $70 - 3 classes/week

You can still use your punch passes for the fitness classes and of course you can still take advantage of ALL the fitness classes as well as ALL the yoga classes with the one month UNLIMITED membership:

Seniors & Teens - $72
Adults - $80
