Malicounda Elles permettent de démontrer l’interconnexion des relations entre les parties rythmiques et de renforcer l'esprit d’équipe.

La demande pour nos ateliers de consolidation d'équipe de travail (teambuilding), par des ateliers de percussion en cercle, sont en progression constantes depuis quelques années. Avec un peu d’attention, nous réalisons très vite que le rythme est partout autour de nous. Travailler avec ce rythme ou en concert permet de développer une façon de fonctionner beaucoup mieux organisée et moins laborieus

e. Chacun sait que l’essence même d’une équipe est l’unité. Un cercle de percussion contribue à créer cette unité, à la reconnaître et à la rechercher. Notre approche atteint le subconscient, les réflexes et croyances des participant(e)s peuvent donc consciemment changer sans douleur ou malaise. De tels changements se répercutent positivement sur nos comportements au travail, notre efficacité et notre bien-être au sein de la communauté.

At the Maffeon Sutton Park in Nanaimo for the Silly Boat Regatta Fundraiser, Malicounda has presented a drum circle. People from around the world attended the event. With a simple improvisation technique and instruments from around the world; an amazing rhythmical performance was created with Jordan Becker, Rick Becker, and Louise Raymond the Artistic Director.

Last February 2023, in Calgary for the Calgary City Teacher Convention, teachers have a great experience with rhythm and were able to bring many new rhythmic activities into their classrooms! A positive impact on children and teachers!!
