Join us at Aurora Wellness Centre for a beautiful afternoon of Drumming + Balanced Energy Healing.

After the intensity and symbolism of the lunar eclipse, we gather together to ground, release, reconnect and return to balance.

The steady rhythm of the drum invites us out of our busy minds and back into our bodies. Through rhythm, vibration and community, we create space to let go of what feels complete and settle into the energy of what comes next.

The colours shift, the clouds dance,
and for just a moment everything feels still. 💗

We are not separate from this beautiful living world.

May we move gently upon this Earth, noticing its beauty, honouring its rhythms, and remembering that every living being is part of the same sacred heartbeat.💓

I Pause To Notice..
the ocean’s gentle stillness,
where warm tidal pools cradle
a thousand tiny lives…
each one as precious
as the whale beyond the shore.

I notice the sand,
Her ripples flowing between my toes,
whispering stories
written by wind, by water, and by time.

I lift my eyes to the sky …
the sun bowing goodnight,
the full moon rising in quiet grace,
their timeless dance
guiding the tides,
the forests,
the birds,
the animals
and the beating hearts
of all who call Mother Earth home.

Everything & everyone belongs.
Everything & everyone is connected.

In every breath,
every wave,
every feather, shell, and star,
the Living World reminds us:

We are not separate from nature.
We are nature…

🇨🇦❤️ What an incredible Canada Day! ❤️🇨🇦

Our hearts are so full after celebrating with this amazing community at the Parksville Canada Day Parade!

Thank you to everyone who waved, smiled, laughed, cheered, and shared in the fun with us. Seeing so many happy faces lining the streets reminded us what community is all about.

At Aurora Wellness Centre, we believe wellness isn’t just about treatments; it’s about connection, joy, laughter, and creating moments that lift each other up.

Today we traded our scrubs for inflatable pigs, flamingos, and even a unicorn… and judging by all the smiles, it was the perfect prescription! 🐷🦩🦄😂

A huge thank you to our incredible crew who brought the energy, danced their hearts out, handed out candy, and weren’t afraid to be a little silly. You made the day unforgettable.

To everyone who shouted, “Love the pigs!” or stopped to say hello … thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Here’s to celebrating Canada, supporting our community, and remembering that sometimes the best medicine is simply sharing a smile.

Today we celebrate this beautiful country we are so grateful to call home—the breathtaking landscapes, the kindness of our communities, and the people who make Canada such a special place.

May your day be filled with laughter, connection, adventure, and moments that nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re spending the day with family, friends, or simply soaking up the beauty of Vancouver Island, we hope it brings you joy.

🎉 If you’re coming to the Parksville Canada Day Parade, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for us!

We’ll be the group of slightly ridiculous… okay, very ridiculous… crazy animals dancing, waving, and spreading smiles! 🐷🐮🐸🐔🐵 (You definitely won’t miss us!)

💜 National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism 💜

Today, June 23, flags will be lowered to half-mast across many communities in recognition of the National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism.

For many, this is a day of reflection. For me, it is deeply personal.

As a survivor of the 2017 Route 91 Harvest Festival tragedy in Las Vegas, I carry with me the memories of that night, the lives that were forever changed, and the incredible resilience of those who found the strength to keep moving forward.

Today, I honour those who lost their lives, those who continue to heal from visible and invisible wounds, and the families and loved ones whose hearts still carry the weight of loss.

At Aurora Wellness, we believe healing is not about forgetting. It is about finding ways to carry our stories with grace, compassion, and hope. It is about supporting one another through life’s most difficult moments and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and loved.

May we take a moment today to remember, to hold space for those affected by terrorism around the world, and to choose kindness, connection, and peace in all that we do.

To those no longer with us, we remember you.
To those still healing, we stand with you.
To those who continue to carry the memories, you are not alone.

Today’s card from The Call of the River by Autumn Skye reminds us of one of life’s greatest truths:

Birth • Death • Rebirth

Every season, every challenge, every joy, and every healing journey follows this sacred rhythm. Nature shows us that nothing is ever truly lost, only transformed.

As the roses bloom, the tides ebb and flow, and the moon moves through her cycles, we too are invited to honour our own seasons. To release what no longer serves us. To receive with gratitude. To trust the intelligence of life unfolding around and within us.

Today, take a moment to ask yourself:

🌿 What am I being called to release?
🌿 What new possibility is waiting to emerge?
🌿 How can I move more fully in rhythm with life?

Perhaps the answer is as simple as taking a walk among the trees, dancing in your kitchen, sitting quietly with a cup of tea, or placing your bare feet upon the Earth.

The river does not force its path, it flows.
Flows over the rocks, debris in its way … flows with grace, power, freedom 💕

💗Monthly Sound Bath Series 🌎

What if healing ourselves could help heal the world?

Inspired by the vision of Origin - synchronized planetary gathering taking place on October 17, 2026; and the heartfelt passion of Dr. Zach Bush for restoring humanity’s relationship with Mother Earth, Aurora Wellness Centre is honored to begin a monthly gathering dedicated to collective healing, remembrance, and connection.

Each month, leading up to the global Origin event, we will come together in ceremony, sound, meditation, and intention to create a living prayer for our planet.

Our first gathering will align with the energy of the New Moon and will include:

✨ Guided Meditation & Intention Setting
✨ Ayurvedic Marma Point Activation
✨ Sound Bath Journey
✨ Collective Prayer for Mother Earth
✨ Reflection, Renewal & Connection

As we gather month after month, we will build a ripple of healing energy; connecting our hearts here on Vancouver Island with others around the world who share a vision of regeneration, compassion, and harmony with the Earth.

This is more than a sound bath.

It is a remembering.💝
