The Dreaming Dao Energy Medicine I facilitate healing through Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Acupuncture, QiGong, TuiNa (massage), moxabustion and GuaSha.

I open up energetic meridian lines to increase Qi flow through the body for a greater balance and healing. I am a Registered Acupuncturist. Acupuncture can treat many ailments, including chronic stress, pain, digestive concerns, hormonal balance, and sleep. Chinese medicine aims to get to the root of the imbalance and correct the energy or 'qi' flow by choosing specific Acupuncture points.

When things get busy at the height of summer, we can work ourselves up and it can be hard to come back to a grounded state.
We are entering “late summer”, the element of earth and the organ of the spleen.
It is a good time to get centred, relax and digest our experiences, as everything we have done simmers or ripens into the harvest, and just trust in the process unfolding.
Acupuncture is an excellent tool to bring us into harmony with the cycles of nature.
