to the body, the heart, and sometimes even the paws. 🐾

🌸 From home or at a distance, depending on what feels right for you

Studio sessions include a gentle 30-minute creative integration time — a moment with art materials to deepen your experience, explore your feelings, or simply breathe and let things settle. I look forward to working with you and offering a moment of true reconnection. 💛
