Here’s a friendly spoiler of what might be in store for you.

🌸 An in depth intake by a caring professional about your health.

🌸 A warm table to lay on, with sheets to leave you feeling professionally & comfortably covered.

🌸 A little prick when the needle touches the skin (sometimes you don’t even feel this)

🌸 Some sort of interesting sensation just a little bit deeper (warming, radiating, a grab of a muscle). This can be weird at first - no doubt - but it will typically dissipate in a few moments.

🌸 Sometimes a feeling of warmth, perhaps sweat, that spreads throughout the body when it’s telling us that it is at its saturation point.

🌸 On occasions we can experience a bit of pain, but with thoughtful communication between you and your practitioner this will most often be kept well within your means. As your comfort matters to us. Some rare exceptions may occur.

🌸 How many needles? As many as you feel comfortable with. This might be 2 one day, and 15 the next. This all depends on what you are coming in for, and your body’s preference in the present moment.
