Such an important offering…

Our next grief group offering will focus on the particular grief that occurs after a traumatic death. Because this can be a difficult loss to navigate, it is important that there be dedicated space for survivors of traumatic death to share their stories in a safe and supported way.

This group will be facilitated by a very dedicated Nelson Hospice volunteer and narrative therapist Sarah Hughes and Jenna Seymour, one of her Masters students. We hope it will bring some healing to the many people who suffer loss after a death by su***de, homicide, accident or toxic drugs.

Please call 250-352-2337 or email [email protected] to register.

Happy New Year! Lupine Clinical Counselling was excited to receive this update from Jane showing us that we are meeting our goal of increasing mental health supports for Women’s Reproductive Health and for young families in the West Kootenays! Jane shows us that we had an increase of 77 counselling sessions and 29 more clients in 2025 over 2024! We are hopeful with the addition of Andrea Onofrio and our intern program we can continue to increase our capacity and eliminate our waitlist in 2026! Sessions available now so please be in touch!
