🚨 We’re thrilled to add another (much requested!) FREE Workshop to the calendar - and it’s all about the magic of touch 🤍
Baby Massage: A FREE Hands-On Workshop, presented in partnership with Lupine Counselling & Wellness, and taught by Bump Club’s very own, Sarah Cicchine (Kootenay Bump Club co-creator, RMT & birth doula) 🩵
Touch is one of the earliest ways babies communicate, connect, and feel safe - and positive touch can support healthy development and strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Whether you’re already cuddling your little one or still waiting to meet them, this one’s for you! In this workshop, you’ll use demo dolls to learn hands-on practical infant massage techniques to support connection, relaxation, digestion, sleep, and your baby’s developing body.
Expecting? Learn ahead of time and feel confident bringing these skills home. Already have your baby? Bring them along and practice together in a relaxed, supportive space. This workshop is ideal for expectant parents or new parents with babies who are not yet crawling. No experience is needed 🙂
