A short journey with so much progress to celebrate!🎓

Anya started her ROKband journey in Kelowna at 7 months with Level 2 asymmetrical brachycephaly and graduated at 10 months with her head shape measurements within normal limits.

Every baby’s head shape journey is different. If you’ve noticed flattening or asymmetry and aren’t sure what your baby may need, send us a DM—we’re happy to answer your questions. 💙

Some parts of the ROKband journey don’t always make it into the photos.

The wondering. The adjusting. The checking. The little celebrations along the way.

For many parents, choosing a cranial remodelling orthosis for their baby can come with a lot of thoughts and emotions. And then, somewhere between the appointments, cuddles, naps and everyday life, the ROKband simply becomes part of the routine.

If you’ve had any of these thoughts, chances are another ROKband parent has too. 💙

What’s one thing you wish someone had told you at the beginning of your ROKband journey? Tell us in the comments.

Booking a head shape assessment doesn’t mean your baby will need treatment. 🤝

Sometimes the next step is reassurance. Sometimes it’s repositioning, monitoring, or coming back for a FREE rescan. And sometimes, based on your baby’s assessment, ROKband treatment may be recommended.

The purpose of the assessment is to help you understand your baby’s head shape, talk through the options, and leave feeling informed, not pressured.

Because at the end of the day, the decision is always yours.

Have questions about what happens during a head shape assessment? Send us a DM. 💙

What happens if you’re still noticing a flat spot around 4 months? 👶

That’s a great time to have your baby’s head shape assessed.

In this part of our CHCH Morning Live segment, we talk about what happens when a head shape asymmetry persists and why an assessment can help families better understand their baby’s head shape and the options available.

And an assessment doesn’t automatically mean treatment, depending on the findings, monitoring, repositioning or a free rescan may be recommended.
