I’m a little late to the sourdough era, but I get it now. There’s something about slowing down, mixing a few simple ingredients, and letting time do its thing that feels… really good.

No rush. No noise. Just the process.

And then this comes out of the oven.

Warm, crusty, a little butter melting in… yeah, I might be converted.

After a brief adventure in “moving glitch” land (you know, where boxes disappear and tech gremlins thrive), our phones and internet are officially up and running again!
