I’m a little late to the sourdough era, but I get it now. There’s something about slowing down, mixing a few simple ingredients, and letting time do its thing that feels… really good.
No rush. No noise. Just the process.
And then this comes out of the oven.
Warm, crusty, a little butter melting in… yeah, I might be converted.
Anyone else fall into something lately that surprised you?
