🌟 Just hit my 100th day of workouts at the gym, and I couldn’t be prouder of myself! 🎉

It doesn’t matter what age you are—you can start prioritizing your health at any time.

For me, turning 60 was that lightbulb moment: I realized if I want to prevent injuries and stay strong as I age, it was time to up my exercise game.

The funny part is I used to hate going to gyms lol… however I am really enjoying going now it’s a great fit for me haha… no pun intended😂

So, here’s to celebrating every step of the journey and proving that age is just a number when it comes to feeling fantastic!

Wow… can you believe we’re almost at the end of the year?
Every year I’m surprised… yet it happens every time 🤪😬

November is when the emotional roller coaster usually kicks in. I always wonder why I’m extra tender… then I remember: December is the month my mom passed (only 3 years ago).
So my heart starts wobbling a little early. ☹️❤️

And December itself?
A full-body experience.
Clients using up their benefits, 6 straight weekends at Niemi’s Christmas Market, holiday gatherings, festive chaos…
Let’s just say I’m running on Reishi coffee, good vibes, and pure stamina at this point 😂☕️

And yes… I’m officially tired. 🥱 lol

I miss my parents and those family celebrations. Things feel softer and quieter now, with that little ache beneath it all.

But here’s what I’ve learned:
No matter what you walk through, there are always people ready to support you — including me. 🥰
We’re never as alone as we think.

Life changes… but love and community always find a way to rise. ✨

WHY is Breezy out here looking like he just stepped off a Christmas edition magazine cover? 😂🎄

Tell me he is not the most adorable thing you’ve ever seen in his festive outfit!
The pose.
The confidence.
The “yes, human, take my good side” energy.

At this point, I’m convinced he missed his calling as a runway horse.
Move over, Santa’s reindeer — Breezy’s taking over the holiday runway this year. 🐴✨

Does anyone else’s horse secretly think they’re a supermodel too?

Here’s your reminder: it’s never too late to change — and with 2026 around the corner, this might be the perfect moment.

For years, every time I started working out, I expected results in a week. I’d check the mirror, see nothing, get frustrated… and quit. 🥱🤪

Anyone else been on that roller coaster?

Then, when I realized I was turning 60 this year, a light bulb went off: 💡

If I want to prevent future health issues, something has to change — and it starts with exercising especially with weights🏋️.

That shifted everything.
I stopped chasing instant results and started focusing on the stepping stones — the first small win, the second tiny shift, the third decision to keep going.🤩

And slowly, I began to enjoy the process… the strength, the energy, the pride that shows up long before the physical results do.

Change isn’t about sprinting to the finish line.
It’s about showing up, step by step.

You’re not late.
You’re right on time.

The body remembers what the mind forgets.

You can talk yourself out of feelings, distract yourself with busyness, or convince yourself you’ve “moved on.”
But your body knows the truth.

It holds every unspoken word, every moment you swallowed your tears, every time you said “I’m fine” when you weren’t.

That tightness in your chest, the tension in your shoulders, the lump in your throat —
that’s your body whispering… “It’s time to let go.”

Healing doesn’t just happen in your mind — it happens through your breath, your movement, your willingness to feel. 💫

The moment I realized I could stop carrying regret, guilt, and the endless “should-haves” of my past… everything changed for me.🥰

I used to replay old experiences, thinking if I analyzed them enough, maybe I’d finally “learn the lesson.”

But here’s the truth:

We don’t need to repeat an experience 10 times to get it.

We can feel the emotions, hear the message, and then release it.
That’s the power of presence.
That’s the gift of healing.
That’s the work that sets us free.

Try this:
Close your eyes, imagine your past is silent… then open them and share what came up.

What you say to yourself matters. It really is so true.

Be kind — even (especially) when you look in the mirror. Pay attention to what you are saying .

So many women, especially in our 50s and beyond, can be downright nasty with ourselves:

👉 I’m too fat.
👉 Ugh, all this cellulite.
👉 Who would listen to me?
👉 I’m not smart enough.
👉 It’s impossible to meet the right person.
👉 I could never do that.

Sound familiar?

Those tiny, sneaky thoughts shape how you feel, what you believe is possible, and how brightly you show up in the world.

So maybe it’s time to rewrite the script.
Because your words aren’t just words — they’re instructions to your mind and heart.

Start with kindness.💛
Pay attention. I mean really pay attention

Then choose something better. Even go into gratitude it’s super important.🙏.
