Signs your humidity might be too low:
- Dry mouth or sore throat
- Nasal dryness, irritation or nosebleeds
- Stuffy nose causing mouth breathing
- Waking up more often during the night

And if it's too high? You'll notice water gurgling in your tubing, that's rainout.
