We want to keep our customers informed about some recent changes that will impact deliveries to the United States.
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government and Customs has updated the rules around duty-free imports and the de minimis exemption (previously allowing shipments under $800 to clear more quickly). With these changes, all shipments regardless of value are now subject to review by U.S. Customs.. That said, our items are tariff exempt meaning there should be no charges for our products except for brokerage fees.
This has resulted in longer processing times and delays for packages entering the United States. While our team is working closely with carriers to minimize disruption, orders inbound to the U.S. will take longer than usual to arrive.
We appreciate your patience as these new regulations settle in. We will do our best to have packages moving consistently in the very near future.
