This isn’t necessarily a bad thing!
Good posture doesn’t mean walking around like a beauty queen or sitting like a robot.
It’s simply not realistic.
It’s normal for your body to develop habits and to have sitting positions that are naturally more comfortable than others.
What’s important is remembering to balance out these habits with conscious choices throughout the day!
Strength training, dance breaks, playing with your dogs, booking your massage and osteopathy appointments, walking to grab a coffee, doing a walking date with a friend! All these little choices are what contribute to
“good posture” and a happy back.
Happy twisting and shaking.
