As I mentioned I have a number of previously scheduled appointments to honour and reschedule and this is a very gradual return to work.

For those of you who have emailed asking about appointments, please know that I am not accepting new appointments and won’t be able to respond to individual booking requests at this time.

Slowly Returning 💛

I’m very slowly starting to make my way back to work. 💛

For the remainder of the summer, I’m simply honoring the appointments that were already scheduled. I have not rebooked cancelled sessions.

If you receive an appointment reminder from me, please know that your appointment is confirmed and is still on as scheduled.

I’m taking things very slowly and gently. I’m incredibly grateful for your patience, understanding, and kindness.

I’m looking forward to seeing you again, one appointment at a time. 🤍✨

It is with great sadness that I share that my sweet mother has passed away.

She brought so much joy, laughter, dancing, and smiles into this world.

Even in her later years, Alzheimer’s never changed who she was at her core. Her beautiful spirit continued to shine.

Our loss is immeasurable, but we find peace knowing she’s back home, surrounded by love.

As my family and I grieve this tremendous loss, I will be taking time away from my Reiki practice. I look forward to returning when the time feels right and will post an update when I am ready to re-schedule cancelled sessions. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding during this difficult time.

Today, we honor love...but the spirit world reminds us that love isn’t just for one day. It’s a powerful vibration, an energy that unites all life. In the spirit realm, love is:

Unconditional & Infinite -flowing freely, without expectations.

Healing -restoring balance, opening the heart, and guiding forgiveness.

Transcendent – it doesn’t end with time or space; it continues beyond what we see.

A Teacher – every connection and challenge helps us grow and expand our consciousness.

When we align with love, we radiate its energy into the world... and it comes back to us in ways seen and unseen. Today, and every day, let love be your guiding vibration. ❤️🥰🌹

Today is my dad's birthday.

This morning I quietly asked him for a sign through music. When I got in the car, the song that played was "Hello, It's Me" by Todd Rundgren.

When he was ill, I would ask him "When you go to heaven, will you come and check in on me?" And he would always say, 'I'll check on my girls from time to time."
So when I heard, "Hello, it's me.."' it didn't feel random.
It felt like a promise kept.
Not loud. Not dramatic.
Just gentle. Familiar. Loving.
In that moment, I felt seen. I felt remembered. I felt loved.

Sometimes our loved ones don't need grand gestures to reach us. Sometimes it's just a whisper through a song... a simple check-in... exactly the way they said they would.
