Next Saturday I’ll be guiding Yoga Nidra while Veronica of Kasama Wellness creates a beautiful live soundscape around the practice.

Together we’re creating an evening called DRIFT, a deeply restful experience where you can simply lie down, listen, and allow your nervous system to settle.

Yoga Nidra invites the body into profound rest while the mind remains gently aware. Layered with Veronica’s sound bath, the experience becomes immersive, meditative, and incredibly nourishing.

Yesterday we had a fantastic day creating visions of the year ahead. So grateful for the women who spent the day leaning in and creating how they want to feel in 2025. As many of you already know, I have been in yoga teacher training since the fall. On Sunday, I finally graduated and the training wheels are off! Of course I am a new yoga teacher and I want to continue practicing and learning new things because it is part of the journey. I am happy to announce that starting Friday February 7th I will be leading Friday Vibes at Zen House Yoga Studio. This class is about shaking off the week and setting intention for the weekend.
