Let’s get cozy and explore ways we can weave mindfulness and balance into our daily lives through:
meditation, breathing techniques, reflection, gratitude and community.

No experience necessary. Come as you are and be guided through meditation, learn new mindfulness tools, and enjoy some nourishing teas.
