Instead of overcomplicating your wellness.. make it simpler with nutrient dense options.
One of my favourite simple additions has been GoodLeaf microgreens. I love adding the Magic Broccoli and Zesty Radish Microgreens to smoothies, eggs, power bowls, sandwiches, and pretty much anything I can.
Not only are they incredibly easy to use, but they contain up to 166x more nutrients compared to their mature counterparts, making them one of the easiest ways to boost the nutrient density of your meals.
I love the flavour and they make your food look so pretty!
