HELLO!! I’m just here to say thanks to everyone who got in with me in May and filled my books 🫶🏻
AND now I’m posting about my LAST bit of availability to book in for JUNE (and potentially the rest of the summer)✨

I know that sounds scary to some…. Like wait? It’s now or never? No not exactly… but kindof🤔

Since I’ve now hit the beginning of my third trimester with our second lil bambino, as of right now I’m only filling my books up until the end of June to be safe. You never know what can happen with babies, and fingers crossed this lil thing wants to hang out until their due date at the end of August but you never know.

SO with that being said, I’m taking appointments for June and if all goes well, I’ll be taking short notice appointments in July and then I’ll be preparing to welcome our new family member into the world 🫶🏻

My books are always filled as “first come-first serve” but I will be doing my best to prioritize unfulfilled gift certificates and unfinished pieces for all my pre-existing clients ⚡️

We’re finally back from our lil family vacation 🫶🏻

Canmore, Banff, Calgary was a blast. Honestly, I don’t think we’ve been on a trip as a family that hasn’t been a work trip since our beautiful Octavia was born. We rode up the mountain in a “robot”, saw some stuff, visited some our people in Alberta and it fuelled my soul ✨

Here’s a fun little question for ya… who’s the 4th person in these fam pics that you CAN’T see?? 😜🤍 (we’ve been keeping a real big secret)

I know it’s been moons since I’ve been on the feed, and you might be wondering why 🤔 and you’ll all get a really good explanation as to why very soon, just not right now lol (how rude hey? haha) So instead, I thought I’d take this time to re-introduce myself on here!

I’ve been the owner and solo artist of MAD LEMON TATTOOS Private Studio in North Battleford for almost 3 years now. I’m coming on 7 years of my professional tattoo career and I really can’t express how grateful I am to be able to do what I love everyday.

I work in a variety styles, both colour and black and grey (always trying to dip my toes into new things) but I tend to be most excited when I’m working on pieces with illustrative/neo traditional influences and lately, geometric aswell ⚡️

Why a private studio? The reason I opened my private studio was to create a comfortable environment to provide a fun and professional experience for my clients and we did just that 🫶🏻 I’m so grateful for the space it holds and the work I’m able to produce for my people there, it’s a true blessing.

I love the comfortability and calm of a private studio but at least once a year, you can find me switching it up and bustin’ out tattoos at one the Canadian Tattoo Conventions ( in April I’ll be at the Saskatoon show!) and when the stars align, I like to pop into my fav shop (9Lives in Cold Lake) for a sneaky guest spot ✨

Outside of the studio, I am a devoted partner and a very proud mom to my almost 3 year old daughter. My work and my clients are extremely valuable to me but my family always comes first and I believe that’s the key to a great life 🖤

The end of the year is quickly approaching so I thought it would be fun if I made it a little easier for everyone to be able to treat themselves a bit!

I don’t normally discount my tattoos like this because the tattoo industry deserves every bit of value it holds. But I also know that times are weird and the world is messy right now which can make it hard for us to do fun things for ourselves.

So with that, I’m doing a little thangg where you save $50 for appointment bookings of 2 hours or more in December!

If you’ve been thinking about that banger you really want or been sitting on starting that bigger piece, shoot me an email or a dm and we’ll get the ball rolling to make that lil Christmas present to yourself happen 🙌🏻
