There’s something deeply healing about slowing down long enough to make tea. 🌿

When I need to reconnect with my surroundings in a calm way I:

1. Go for a walk WITHOUT stimulus.
No music, podcasts, audio books.. nothing.

2. Feet up
Hands on my abdomen, feet up, deep, slow breaths.

3. Wash the day away.
Wash my face, brush my teeth, or a full shower, comfy cloths, and relax.

4. Make tea.
Nothing grounds me like s hot cup of herbs!

What's your go-to "need to feel like me again" act?

My “everything feels like too much” tea 🌿

Nettle + lemon balm + holy basil (tulsi)

A simple herbal blend I come back to again and again for nervous system support, minerals, stress resilience, and grounding.

• Nettle → mineral-rich + nourishing
• Lemon balm → calming + soothing for tension/stress
• Holy basil (tulsi) → supports stress resilience + nervous system balance

How I make it:
1 tsp nettle
1 tsp lemon balm
1 tsp tulsi
Steep in hot water 10–15 minutes.

Simple.
Grounding.

I’m not a herbalist — just a nutrition + HTMA practitioner deeply passionate about always learning from food, herbs, gardening, and traditional practices that help people feel more connected to their bodies again. This is where I can share what I've grown up with and continue to learn!

For so long, “health” was sold as exhaustion in disguise.

Push harder.
Wake up earlier.
Do more.
Ignore the signals.

But I think more women are finally realizing that real health also looks like slowing down, regulating the nervous system, nourishing the body, resting, breathing deeply, and creating a life that actually feels good to live.

Not laziness.
Not weakness.
Support.

What I’ve learned after helping 100+ women balance their minerals:
most women don’t need more restriction, more punishment, or more willpower.

They need support.
They need nourishment.
They need someone to finally explain what their body has been trying to say.

The body gives signals long before it gives breakdowns.
Fatigue, cravings, poor sleep, PMS, anxiety, brain fog, burnout… none of it is random.

This is why I do what I do.
Not to chase symptoms — but to help women understand their body at the root.

If you’ve been feeling “off” and don’t know where to start, my waitlist has a few spots left.
