Motherhood is one of the most meaningful and challenging roles we will ever have. There will be moments of joy, moments of exhaustion, and moments where we wonder if we are getting it right.

There is only learning, growing, repairing, and continuing to show up with love — for our children and for ourselves.

So many women want and need to care for themselves, nurture their body, mind, and spirit… but childcare is often a barrier.

That is exactly why I created the Mom & Me Retreat.

A space where you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and looking after your child.

While moms gather to reflect, learn, rest, and reconnect, children are cared for by Registered ECEs — allowing everyone to feel supported and nurtured.

Because you matter too.

You are not only a mother caring for everyone else — you are a whole person carrying many roles and responsibilities, and you deserve care, compassion, and time to breathe.

This retreat is about letting go of perfection, embracing self-kindness, and remembering that we were never meant to navigate motherhood alone.
