Things not to do in front of patients!!! Part 1 😂😂😂

Today marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Our team at Manual Physio Solutions is wearing orange to show our shared commitment to listening, learning, and honoring the truths of Indigenous communities.

Standing together in solidarity, we support residential school survivors and their families. Healing is a journey that requires reflection and action from all of us, and we believe that every child matters—today and every single day. 🧡

🔗 We encourage our community to visit orangeshirtday.org to read Phyllis Webstad’s story and explore educational guides. What is one resource, book, or story that has helped you learn? Share it below so we can keep learning together.

Important Update 💙🚨
We are saddened to share that our front window was vandalized last night with two large rocks thrown through the glass. Shockingly, this is the second time this has happened in the last couple months.
While we are incredibly frustrated, our focus remains on treating you. Here is what you need to know:
* We are OPEN: All scheduled appointments are going ahead exactly as planned.
* The clinic is safe: The interior is fully clean, secure, and ready for your care.
* Expect boards: You will see temporary boards on our window while we wait for new glass.
* Normal entry: Please come through the front entrance as you usually do.

We need your help:
If you saw anything suspicious last night (August 24th), have dashcam footage from the area (McKeown Avenue), or have any information at all, please call our clinic directly at 705-478-6050. Thank you all so much for your support, understanding and patience.

A huge thank you to Brent! 🙏
We want to give a massive shoutout to Brent, who stepped in immediately and did an incredibly speedy job boarding the window up for us. We are so so grateful for your help!

Martin has traded the clinic for the coastline! 🏌️‍♂️🦞 We are so happy to see him taking a well-deserved break and enjoying the beautiful PEI fairways and fresh seafood.

Our team is right here keeping everyone on track while he’s away, and we’re looking forward to welcoming him back next week! ✨

✨ ANNOUNCEMENT✨📣
Just a friendly heads-up that starting August 11, 2026, Manual Physio Solutions will be enforcing a No-Show Policy.

Life happens—we totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Appointments that are missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be considered a no-show, and the full visit fee will apply.
This helps us offer appointment times to other patients who are waiting and keeps our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Thanks so much for your understanding and for helping us make the most of every appointment! We appreciate you all and look forward to seeing you soon 💚

Kindly,
MPS Team
