The GWC Team had an incredible time at today’s Mental Health and Wellness Expo hosted by 22 Wing CFB 🇨🇦🪖

A big thank you to 22 Wing for inviting us to be a part of such a meaningful event. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with military members and their families to discuss mental health and wellness supports. Our team was there to share resources, answer questions about how psychotherapy can support overall well-being, and provide information on specialized approaches like Psychedelic Enhanced Psychotherapy for treatment-resistant PTSD, depression, and anxiety 🧠

It was inspiring to see so many organizations in our community come together in support of mental health. Our psychotherapists made sure to stop by North Bay and District Humane Society's booth for some puppy snuggles 🐶 We’re passionate about both animal rescue and the powerful mental health benefits our furry companions bring to our lives 🐾

We were proud to wear pink at the event in support of Pink Shirt Day 🩷👚
