✨Meet Brenda Vega✨

We’re excited to introduce Brenda, an Intern Counsellor at Bach Counselling Group who is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

Brenda works with youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity, and personal growth. Her approach is warm, integrative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs.

With a background in crisis intervention, Brenda brings a calm, grounded presence to her work and integrates approaches including CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness and somatic-informed practices.

Brenda is currently welcoming clients for in-person counselling in North Vancouver and virtual counselling throughout BC.

Bach Counselling Group is looking for an organized, proactive, tech-savvy person to join our team. This role combines clinic operations, client care, scheduling, administration, billing, and team support.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can confidently manage competing priorities independently
- Is comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Has 2+ years of administrative, healthcare, or client-service experience

Experience with Jane App, Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, and help-desk/shared inbox platforms is an asset.

This is a varied, high-ownership role within an established North Vancouver counselling practice, with no evenings or weekends.

We’re pleased to introduce Ciaran, our newest counsellor at Bach Counselling Group. 💙

Ciaran works with adults and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or caught in patterns that haven’t shifted despite effort. With a skilled, warm, and engaged presence, he supports clients in navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, challenging emotions, and cultivating greater clarity and peace of mind.

His integrative approach draws on CBT, narrative, and existential therapy, alongside a somatic-informed lens, helping clients better understand themselves and move through suppressed or difficult emotions. Ciaran’s work is neurodiverse-inclusive and grounded in empowering clients to experience meaningful, sustainable change.

With a background in Theoretical Physics, Ciaran brings a thoughtful and systematic way of breaking down complex problems, supporting clients in building authentic, purposeful direction through practical behaviour change. He is currently in the final year of his Master’s in Counselling Psychology and is completing his internship placement with Bach Counselling Group.

We’re glad to have him on our team — please join us in welcoming Ciaran. ✨
