Lately I have been saying yes to myself. Something I never did throughout most of my life, especially after becoming a Mom. I wanted so badly to go to RÜFÜS DU SOL and could not find anyone to go with. So I bought my ticket and let the energy of saying yes, in the universe take its course. Ended up meeting, amazing people, camping, laughing, singing on the shuttle bus, visiting waterfalls, seeing wildlife and saying YES to what fuels me. RÜFÜS DU SOL has been a big impactful part of my healing process after a lot of grief and it really mattered to see them. I’m so glad I took the leap. This is for all the moms out there. Remember that your joy matters too and let’s you be a better, fully present parent.

Grief will always be there. It’s a testament to love!!!! I’m proud of who I am in the aftermath and the battles I’m silently fighting. Hope one day to share it all. I am strong. I’m a lover. Of my life.
