Verdell Jessup - Nervous System Consultant Hello, I'm Verdell. I guide people (of all ages) through traumas and challenges into embodiment. I also aim to help those in the rescue services industry.

Our bodies can only tolerate so much stress or trauma before they begin to show signs of dis-ease in the form of pain, illnesses, chronic fatigue, skin conditions, mysterious symptoms, PTSD etc. My company was formed to help people reclaim their quality of life and recover from pain by incorporating two modalities that compliment each other: Somatic Experiencing and the Feldenkrais Method. actices are rooted in awareness (of the mind and the body), and are extremely effective at helping people who are struggling with persistent health concerns that won't go away. I work with clients from a range of backgrounds, including high-performance athletes, dancers, musicians, children, seniors, stroke patients, and people with neurological deficiencies. I specialize in trauma and work with people who were in a major accident, survived an avalanche or fire, were the victim of mental or physical abuse, or were involved in any kind of traumatic event. Often the people who benefit the most from my work are paramedics, firefighters, and other rescue workers who experience incredible stress and pressure each day. Mother's Day Special

Give the gift of healing to your mother or wife this Mother's Day. Moms around the world have sacrificed their time and energy to have kids and raise them well. It is no easy task.

Far too often, we miss out on telling our moms how much they mean to us. I realize many individuals did not have great childhoods but truly know your mom was doing the best given their situation and their own childhood. It is truly important to cherish your mom as one day she will not be there.

I lost my dear mom in 2005 - she was only 56 and I was only 30. She was an incredibly beautiful soul who honestly always put everyone else first. She would never take a sick day and always showed up to assist the kids she was assisting as a teacher's aide at Our Lady of Sorrows. I was blessed to have 30 years with her, and every day I wished I had just one more day. She is dearly missed!
