Meet Krisztina, who's "been there done that", and since her own recovery, she has dedicated her life to help and support others through their struggles.
These are her own words about recovery: " I find people often romanticise recovery. I can tell you that it was a rocky journey. There were many moments when I said: "What is the point?' and " Might as well just continue with this life.!" Yet, I had a deep desire to change. Recovery is messy ( and I do not like messy :)), I had to learn to be okay with that. I needed to become okay with that because life is messy! And somehow deep inside I did want to live ( I just had to learn how)."
