I like to capture moments when they’re not fighting!

But it also reminds me of how comfortable they are to be able to engage in conflict.

Relationships are so rewarding AND also the most tricky as social beings. Interestingly, when we advocate for our needs and engage in disagreements, it can bring a relationship closer together in mutual understanding.

I just realized how awesome spring is. Full of hope, sunshine, squishy walks, goldilocks weather and new / returning friends with the coolest side kick! It’s really fun pretending to see things for the first time 😆

Sometimes we’re in a hurry to cram in a whole life “well lived.”

Adventures can be exciting, relaxing can be rejuvenating, yet in the mundane, you can find growth.

Acceptance
Peace
Contentment

I’m reminded of monks with their chores and routines that leave more energy to contemplate meaning and purpose.

Next time your rushing a chore try to stay present. Maybe you hum a tune, maybe you smile, or maybe you tap into your five senses.

Break free and Just be.

What does wellness look like for you? For me, I choose food that allows my body (and mind!) to feel good. My yoga is philosophy, breath-work, meditation, and stretching.
