Facial balancing is not about changing how you look… it’s about restoring structure where time has caused change.

This patient presented with mid-face volume loss contributing to nasolabial folds and marionette lines. She also had mild lower face asymmetry, with slightly more fullness on the right side, and a deep labiomental crease with a chin dimple that disrupted the feminine chin apex and overall facial harmony.

Before & after: Under-eye (tear trough) rejuvenation

Concern: dark circles and under-eye hollowing creating a tired appearance.

Plan: Hyaluronic acid dermal filler was carefully placed to provide subtle support along the tear trough and smoothly blend the lid–cheek junction. A conservative approach ensured results remained natural.
