š Manage Your Energy ā Treat your energy like a precious resource. Spend it wisely on what matters most, and avoid draining activities.
š Reduce Screen Time ā Limit social media and news exposure, especially before bed, to enhance your mental clarity and peace.
š Challenge Your Thoughts ā Use Byron Katieās method to question unhelpful thoughts. Remember, not every thought you think is true.
š Connect with Loved Ones ā Reach out to friends, family, or professionals. And donāt forget the comfort of petsāthey often know just how to lift our spirits.
