I’m so excited to share something new!
I’ll be expanding my practice to include group therapy, starting with Mindful Mommies.
There is something so powerful about sitting in a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, where other moms just get it, the ups, the overwhelm, the identity shifts, the quiet moments no one talks about… all of it.
These groups will offer a supportive, compassionate space to connect, reflect, and grow together. They’re designed to help you feel more grounded, understood, and less alone in your experience of motherhood.
