God gave us the herbs for the healing of the nations! We have got to get back to nature.

Ezekiel 47:12 (KJV)

“…the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.”

Revelation 22:2 (KJV)

“…the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” — Hosea 4:6 🙏🏽🌿

Knowledge matters.

The more we learn, the better equipped we are to make intentional choices for ourselves and our families — spiritually, mentally and physically.

God has given us wisdom, resources and so much through His creation. Part of our responsibility is to seek knowledge, use discernment and make choices that honour the life He has given us.

“But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.” — Daniel 11:32 ✨

At Naturally Ordained Wellness, this is about more than a product. It’s about encouraging one another to learn, grow and become more intentional about our wellness.

🌿 Knowledge builds.
✨ Wisdom transforms.
🙏🏽 Faith guides.

Nature. Nourishment. Purpose.

Hydration is about more than just drinking water. 💧

Your body also needs electrolytes & minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium to help maintain proper fluid balance, support muscle function, and keep your body functioning at its best.

Natural sea salt contains trace minerals that support your body's normal electrolyte balance. While it isn't a significant source of all essential minerals, it can be a simple addition to an overall healthy lifestyle.

✨ Simple wellness tip:
Try adding a pinch of natural sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lime to your water for a refreshing way to support hydration.

Small daily habits can make a big difference when it comes to caring for the body God has entrusted to us. 🌿

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." — 1 Corinthians 10:31 🙏

🌸 Soulful Sunday

As this week comes to an end, take a moment to pause and reflect on God's goodness.

Life can be busy, and it's easy to get caught up in the demands of each day. But today, choose to slow down, breathe deeply, and spend time in His presence.

Remember that God's plans are always greater than our own, and His timing is always perfect.

No matter what this past week brought, His mercies are new every morning, and His grace is sufficient for every season.

"Be still, and know that I am God."
— Psalm 46:10

May your heart find peace, your soul find rest, and your spirit be renewed as you prepare for the week ahead.

🙏 Prayer for the Week

"Lord, thank You for Your faithfulness. Guide my steps this week, give me wisdom in every decision, and help me care for the body and life You have entrusted to me. Fill my heart with peace and help me be a blessing to others. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Have a blessed Sunday. 🤍
