Children are invited to explore a winter wonderland of yoga! Children help create the class by sharing their favorite winter activity. Positive affirmations are introduced and meditation with affirmations.

In this class children will go on a trick or treat yoga adventure. A fun and playful yoga class that includes breath work, songs, yoga and storytelling to celebrate Halloween. Bring your imagination and ideas for costumes.
