Wed Jun 10 at noon we have our first live call.

If you have been thinking about joining the Spring 21-Day Sugar Detox Challenge, do it today and show up to the call Jun 10 at noon with your questions. You are not behind. There is so much of this journey still ahead.

If you’re thinking…“I need to wait until things settle down.” “I’ll do the next one.” “I’m just not in the right headspace yet…There is no perfect time to start something like this. No week where everything is calm and you feel completely ready. The women who will be on the call did not wait for a perfect week. They are taking imperfect action today.

This challenge is not something you set your life aside for. It is something you build into your real life…your actual mornings, your real dinners, the evenings when you just want something sweet. That is exactly what we work through together. And I will support you every step of the way.

Late registration open now. Link in bio. Or send me a DM and I’ll send you the link.

You think you don’t eat that much sugar.

I thought the same thing, until I actually tracked it.

One typical day: bagel with peanut butter, a London fog, a salad with dressing, an afternoon treat, pasta for dinner. No candy. No dessert. Total sugar? 131 grams. That’s 32 teaspoons.

The average Canadian woman is consuming the equivalent of 80 pounds of sugar per year, and most of it is hidden in foods that seem completely reasonable.

Here’s what that sugar is actually doing:
- Disrupting your hormones
- Driving belly fat
- Wrecking your energy
- Accelerating aging
- Feeding the cravings that feel impossible to ignore

And here’s what I want you to understand: sugar addiction is real. It triggers the same brain chemistry as co***ne and alcohol. This is not a willpower issue.

That’s why I created the 21-Day Sugar Detox Challenge…to give you the education, the meal plans, and the support to break the cycle for good.

Registration is open now. The challenge starts June 8th. Link in bio to join us. Or comment below or send me a DM and I’ll send you the details.

We wrapped Call 1 of the Women’s Hormone Health Program and I am fired up.

We covered the SOLVE framework, the five pillars that drive hormone balance in perimenopause and menopause, and the women in this group now know how to read their own hormone symptom patterns.

Next week we are going deep on liver health and what it has to do with stubborn belly fat after 40 (spoiler: everything).

There are still 3 live calls left and the door is still open.

If you are ready to understand what is actually going on with your hormones, and finally do something about it, the link is in my bio. Alternatively, comment below this video or send me a DM and I’ll send you the link to register.

Women’s Hormone Health (4 week small group program) starts Monday April 13.

If you have been following along and seeing yourself in these conversations, this is your moment to decide.

Not from pressure, but from clarity.

Most women I speak to already know something feels off. The hesitation is not about awareness. It is about deciding what to do next.

Inside my Women’s Hormone Health Program, we take a structured and supportive approach to understanding your body and building a plan that feels realistic.

As I have been teaching inside the Institute of Restorative Health’s Optimizing Hormones Practitioner Program, I am working with these same concepts at a practitioner level. The patterns are consistent when women have the right support.

If this feels like the right time for you, I would love to support you.

If you have been wondering what actually happens inside my Women’s Hormone Health Program, here is a simple breakdown.

You are not left to figure things out on your own. We start with understanding your hormone patterns so things make sense.

Then we move through the key foundations that influence hormone health- stress- sleep- how your body processes hormones- nutrition

Each week is focused and practical so you can actually apply what you are learning.

There is also a private group chat and live calls so you feel supported and can ask questions along the way.

As I continue teaching inside the Institute of Restorative Health’s Optimizing Hormones Practitioner Program, I am working with this same framework at a deeper level. It is designed to be both evidence based and realistic for everyday life.

Registration is open and we will be starting soon. You can learn more and register through the link in my bio or message me and I’ll send you the details.

If you have been thinking about joining but have not signed up yet, this is for you.

Most hesitation comes down to a few common thoughts
- I should be able to figure this out myself- I do not have time- What if it does not work

These are completely valid.

At the same time, most women are trying to piece together hormone information without a clear framework, while managing busy lives and changing bodies.

This is why having structure, guidance, and support can make such a difference.

As I have been teaching inside the Institute of Restorative Health’s Optimizing Hormones Practitioner Program, I have been deep in both the science and the real life application. The patterns are very consistent when women understand how to support their bodies.

My Women’s Hormone Health Program is designed to give you that clarity and structure in a way that feels manageable.
Registration is open and we will be starting soon.

This is for you if your body feels different, but you cannot quite explain why.

Waking at nightMore fatigueWeight shiftingFeeling more reactiveDoing all the right things but not seeing resultsBeing told everything looks “normal”

These are some of the most common patterns I see in women during perimenopause and menopause.

As I have been teaching inside the Institute of Restorative Health’s Optimizing Hormones Practitioner Program, I have been deep in the physiology behind these changes. The patterns are incredibly consistent.

This is not about willpower. It is about understanding what is shifting and how to support your body through it.

Inside my Women’s Hormone Health Program, we take a structured, practical approach to supporting hormones through stress, sleep, nutrition, and daily rhythms.

Registration is open and we will be starting soon.

If you feel like you are eating less but gaining more weight in your 40s or 50s, you are not alone.

Hormone changes during perimenopause and menopause can influence metabolism, muscle maintenance, appetite regulation, and how the body stores fat.

This is why strategies that worked earlier in life often stop working.

As I have started teaching inside the Institute of Restorative Health’s Optimizing Hormones Practitioner Program, I have been reviewing the physiology behind these metabolic changes in depth. One thing becomes very clear: midlife weight shifts are not about lack of discipline.
They are about a changing hormone environment.

Inside my Women’s Hormone Health Program, we focus on practical ways to support metabolism through balanced nutrition, stress regulation, sleep support, and sustainable habits.

Registration is open and we will be starting soon.

Sleep is one of the most powerful hormone regulators in the body.

When sleep is disrupted during perimenopause and menopause, it can influence cortisol, blood sugar, appetite regulation, mood, and even the intensity of hot flashes.

Many women notice changes likewaking between 2 and 4 amdifficulty falling asleepfeeling tired even after a full night in bedmore cravings or energy crashes during the day

As I have started teaching inside the Institute of Restorative Health’s Optimizing Hormones Practitioner Program this month, I have been deep in the research around hormone physiology. One theme that continues to show up is how foundational sleep regulation is for hormone balance.

Inside my Women’s Hormone Health Program, we work on practical ways to support sleep alongside stress physiology and nutrition so that hormone changes feel more manageable.

Registration is open and we will be starting soon.
