Honey Glazed ChickenšŸ—šŸ˜

Serves: 4
Total Time: 20 Min

Recipe:

• ¼ cup honey

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

• ā…› teaspoon red pepper flakes

• 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil

• 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces

Cooking Instructions:

• Whisk honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl; set aside.

• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir chicken in hot oil until lightly brown, about 5 minutes.

• Pour honey mixture into the skillet; continue to cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink in the center and sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes more.

If you think social selling is taboo…

But you follow bloggers and celebrities and swoop up what they’re selling…PSS.. Stanley cup come to mind?? You’ve contradicted yourself.

Most people are skeptical of what I do because we’ve been taught to look for J.O.B instead of opportunities.

I work with the most inspiring, motivated + successful team.

I will never tell you that I only have 3 spots left to work with me that’s a bunch of baloney šŸ™„ but I will tell you that I’m here to work with the willing!

Being your own boss you still have to show up, you still have to do uncomfortable😜 things to grow. You still have balance your time…like you would in ANY other J.O.B!

But here’s the thing about social retail & being your own boss…if you’re consistent & coachable…it can make you MILLIONS! And the time freedom it creates is unmatched šŸ™ŒšŸ½

My goal isn’t to help people grow into millionaires! Is that possible? šŸ’Æ my goal is to help the average woman, like myself make some extra grocery money, to have a little extra to do fun things with her kids. To take extra financial stress off of the family!

ITS SIMPLE! And the fact that people are so skeptical blows my mind because literally most of you reading this already do what I do…because you’re on your phone! 😜

Don’t let the fear of the unknown hold you back of how God can show up in your life and bless you beyond measure!

Sun Dried Tomato Protein Pesto PastašŸ(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)

Serves: 2
Total Time: 15 Min

Recipe:
3 medium cloves of garlic, peeled
1/2 cup hulled h**p seeds
1 8.5 ounce jar of sun dried tomatoes, packed in olive oil (check to make sure it’s not canola oil, which is high in Omega 6s and really inflammatory)
1/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt + more for pasta water
2 teaspoons herbs de Provence
2 servings uncooked pasta of choice
Fresh basil, to garnish
High quality extra virgin olive oil, to garnish

Cooking Instructions:
In a large pot, bring a generous amount of water to boil. Add a small palmful of fine grain sea salt and the pasta, and cook according to package instructions.
Cook pasta until just al dente, then fill a liquid measuring cup or mug with about one cup of the pasta water and set aside. Drain the pasta; do not rinse. Return it to the pot.
While the pasta is cooking, add the garlic, h**p seeds, tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, and herbs de Provence to a food processor. Process until smooth, with a bit of texture.
Add the sundried tomato pesto to pasta in pan, then, a little bit at at time, add the reserved pasta water, stirring until you have a silky sauce.
Serve topped with torn fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.

Having a conversation today with one of my nieces who is away at school and her roommate, let’s call her Suzy.

in the middle of the conversation, unrelated to anything that we’re speaking about, my niece says hey mom is it normal that Suzy has cramps so bad that it wakes her up out of her sleep during her period?

No, it’s not normal. Most likely she has some sort of vitamin deficiency and her body is reacting.

Suzy was in amazement that her symptoms of her period are not normal. No one has ever told her that. It is not normal to have cramps so bad that it disrupts your sleep.
