Join Lisa Boon for her monthly sound bath session at My Vitae.

With over 25 years of experience, Lisa brings a trauma-informed approach to sound therapy, using sound bowls and tuning forks. Layering frequencies to support the body into a more regulated state.

As the body receives sound, it begins to respond. The breath slows, tension softens, and the nervous system has space to settle.
