Welcome to InnerBliss Reiki Services. I always knew that I wanted to do something meaningful and helpful for my career. In 2023 my Grandpa died of cancer.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses the Universal Life Force Energy to balance and promote healing in the body, mind, and soul. I tried to become an LPN after high school but decided that was not for me. In 2020 I completed a Community Support Worker specializing in Addictions program, I decided that wasn't for me either. I was around a lot towards the end. One of the conversations we had was him telling me how I need to be a nurse because I was taking good care of him. I knew nursing wasn't going to work out, but then I found Reiki. I wish I knew about Reiki when my Grandpa was alive. If I knew about then, I could have relieved him of some of the pain that he had towards the end.

It is with great sadness that InnerBliss will be closing at the end of November.

There are a few gift certificates out there, please use them. I will love to see familiar or new faces before I close up. There are many wonderful Reiki Practitioners in and around the Okotoks area.

I have loved my time performing Reiki, I have fallen in love with it. I truly hope everyone gets to experience it.

To the women at The Healing Cocoon Collective, you are all amazing. I hope the best for you all. Elizabeth, thank you so much for welcoming me into your space, I felt so welcomed and learned so much.

I had so much fun doing my photoshoot.

We were laughing so much. Crawling through the tall grass, over rocks and logs. In the end the pictures turned out amazing and beautiful.

Here's a sneak peak of pictures and a look into what to expect during a session.

If you want to experience this nice cozy bed book now.

A few weeks ago I had the privilege of seeing an Energy Intuitive, Lee Harris.

One thing he said that night really stuck with me.

"Are the people in your life here for your soul or the relationship?"

Surround yourself with the people who give off the energy you want to feel.

Like most kids, mine love bubbles. The joy I saw on their face just from something as simple as chasing bubbles brought me so much joy. 🫧

While we were making bubbles one perfectly balanced. It reminded me of how we need to balance ourselves, inside and out.

That is something I work on everyday. If you would like a little extra help, come see me, inside The Healing Cocoon Collective, as Reiki balances your energy centres.

Hello everyone, I’m Alyssa Goldstone, a Level 2 Reiki practitioner.
I don’t usually get too personal on my business page, but I believe you deserve to know who you’re coming to see when you book a session.

I’m a wife and a mom of two wonderful children. I was a stay-at-home mom for seven years before taking the leap to start my own Reiki business.

When I was 12 years old, I was diagnosed with epilepsy. I was told I would never get my driver’s license or have children—but today, I have both.

After my first daughter, I experienced postpartum depression, although I didn’t fully understand what I was going through until years later.

I’ve seen pain and trauma in my own life and in those around me. Because of that, I’ve always felt I was meant to help people—I just didn’t know how until I found Reiki.

I can be a little shy when I first meet people, but once I feel comfortable, I’m very easygoing and love to connect.

If you enjoy volleyball, basketball, Harry Potter, Friends, or anything spiritual—we’ll get along just fine 😊

I truly love learning about others, so if you’re comfortable, feel free to share something about yourself in the comments—a fun fact, what you do, anything at all. Let’s connect!

Did you know?

Your sacral chakra, which is located just below your belly button, is responsible for creativity.

When you do something creative it helps balance your sacral chakra.

Today, I helped balance mine by baking some bread! 😋
