I LOVE Adventure + I LOVE Nature = I AM a HAPPY CAMPER (insert cute giggle)😊

Being 40 & Fabulous I can tell you that I have had my share of years where these two of my favourite things to experience didn't happen very much!
-
WHY?
Because I was stuck up in 'the rat race & hustle," as so many call it!
-
I didn't prioritize my joy, pleasure, play & freedom.
-
I didn't live a balanced lifestyle because that was the life that was taught to me.
-
WHAT HAPPENED?
In my 20's I lived with Depression, In my 30's I had Chronic Fatigue, Digestive Issue, Anxiety, Skin Issues, Major Brain Fog...the list of symptoms could go on!

👆 This is what happens when you don't follow what lights you up. When you don't live a balanced life.

Because of 👆 your body's nervous system is most likely dysregulated causing all of these symptoms because your body doesn't know the difference between stress and 'REAL' Danger...therefore it is in a constant state of fight or flight & your whole system goes OUT OF WACK!"
