Deepen your breath into your tummy.
Pause before you release.

Deepen your breath into the base of your spine.
Pause before you release the breath long and slowly.

Repeat.

Feel your body and mind relaxing.
Feel yourself connected to the rhythm of the earth.

You are stable and supported.
