I’ve had a crazy month.
After getting home from visiting our family on the East coast…it has literally been nothing but work😵‍💫
This time of year is busy for us on our small farm but also rewarding💫
Deep reflections have been going on at the same time here.
Reflections on what drives us and me. Digging deep to find that why.
Struggling with the overwhelm, which creeps up inside and can stop you in your tracks and make you frozen and unfocused.
Giving myself the pep talk to drive that overwhelm away and take action on the things that are important to me and us here on the farm.
Refocus on what’s priority and what’s not. Calm in the knowledge that it will all get done at some point and then I can sit back and feel proud of all we did.
I will forge ahead to make this oasis here. Where we grow our own food and make our own skincare and herbal remedies. Where we use plant medicine to heal us from the inside out.
I will be back online and doing lives soon to document all the awesomeness we have here cause I have so much to offer in terms of health, wellness and putting your best gratitude attitude ahead of the rest of the garbage and strife life has to offer. So tune in and listen up….I sure do have lots to say✌️
