5 Ways to get a D- on your s***m analysis - 😵‍💫

1. Smoke ni****ne and/or cannabis and drink alcohol ☠️

2. Put excess heat on your groin - you have to keep your good cool 😎

3. Forget to put dark coloured fruit or vegetables on your plate 🥗

4. Not prioritize movement/physical activity 💪🏼

5. Neglect chronic health concerns 🤒

A man’s s***m quality is directly linked to his fertility, chances of pregnancy and the health of a woman’s pregnancy.

Stick to these 5 simple lifestyle changes and you’ll make big strides in your fertility.

There’s lots of misinformation on this app 😵‍💫, so here’s what the evidence suggests:

1. Average person requires 1 gram of protein in their diet for every kilogram of body weight - in general, we have become way too over-obsessed about protein intake. Just make sure there’s some serving of protein on every plate and you’re good. 👍🏼

2. Caffeine is OKAY on an empty stomach. Go for it if that works for you. 👍🏼

3. Seed oils - eat them (like everything else) in moderation and you’ll be just fine. 👍🏼

4. Electrolyte powders - waste of $$ for most people. Don’t need em. 👎🏼

5. Cut some slack for gluten, dairy and sugar. You’ll be happier for it. 🙃

INSTEAD -
1. Include more fibre in your diet, 🍓
2. Eat more dark-coloured fruits and vegetables (super rich in antioxidants) 🫜
3. And ditch the alcohol. 🍷

And just like that, you’ve just become less stressed about food and made huge impact on your fertility & overall health.

When I was TTC, my husband caught me fishing through the trash to make sure that my negative pregnancy test didn't somehow magically turn positive. I also spent a fortune on different versions of pregnancy tests during the two-week wait to convince myself that maybe just one of them would show an early positive. 😩

5 Things You Should Know When TTC or Thinking About TTC

1. Heavy, light, irregular, or painful periods need to be addressed.
2. Timing matters to plan IC accordingly.
3. Figure out when you’re ovulating!
4. Stretchy, clear cervical mucus is your biggest fertile sign!
5. Preparing your body is key! Your fertility (and future pregnancy) will thank you.
